1. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to install and use Pulpify on up to two (2) personal Windows computers owned or controlled by you. There are no recurring monthly or yearly subscription fees.
2. 100% Offline Guarantee
Pulpify connects to the internet once during the initial license key activation. After activation is complete, the application operates 100% offline without requiring any persistent network connection or background server checks.
3. Ownership & Commercial Rights
All artwork, stipple graphics, vector files (SVG, EPS), raster exports (PNG, JPG), and creative work generated with Pulpify are entirely your property. You retain full, unencumbered commercial rights to sell, license, distribute, or print your output anywhere without royalty obligations.
4. Payment Processing & Refunds
Online sales and checkout are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our authorized Merchant of Record. Refund requests are processed in full compliance with Lemon Squeezy's consumer protection and refund terms.
5. Software Updates
Your perpetual license includes all version maintenance releases, bug fixes, and feature updates at no extra charge.
6. Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or publicly share your individual product license key.

1. Local-Only Processing
Pulpify is a desktop creative tool designed from the ground up for privacy. All image rendering, tone curves, and vector math are processed locally on your device. Your artwork and images are never uploaded to the cloud or transmitted to external servers.
2. Zero Telemetry & Analytics
We do not collect usage analytics, behavioral data, or keystroke telemetry. The application respects your digital privacy completely.
3. Purchase Information
Transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We do not store your credit card numbers or financial details on our website or within the application.
4. Website & Cookies
This official site does not use tracking cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party behavioral analytics.
